Eligibility
This promotion is valid on new group sales agreements signed between October 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, and scheduled to actualize by December 31, 2027 at participating properties in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
By participating in this promotion, eligible participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Promo Code Requirement
To qualify, the appropriate promo code must be referenced in writing and acknowledged by the participating property prior to signing the group contract:
GOCRNSP – Single Property
GOCRNMY – Single Property, Multi-Year
GOCRNMP – Multi-Property, Multi-Year
Promotion is subject to availability; blackout dates may apply. Offer is only valid if agreed to by the participating property before full execution of the group sales agreement and must be memorialized in the contract. This promotion is not valid for room blocks or events already booked or under negotiation.
Marriott Bonvoy® Points
An eligible participant is defined as an active Marriott Bonvoy member whose Marriott Bonvoy account is active at the time the points are deposited. Eligible participants may earn up to a maximum of 200,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy Points (“Points”) per Qualifying Event, as defined in Section 5 of the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program Rules. Promotion bonus Points are in addition to the base Points and any Elite bonus Points earned within the promotion earning period. Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discounts.
Marriott Bonvoy® Points are deposited at the end of the program in accordance with the terms of the applicable group sales agreement. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Provided that the correct Marriott Bonvoy® membership account number is added as part of the booking process, Points will automatically appear in the Member's account within 10 business days following the completion of their event or meeting.
The individual receiving Points must be identified by name and Marriott Bonvoy® number in the signed agreement.
Up to 200,000 Marriott Bonvoy® Points may be awarded per event, based on total revenue spent and are issued after each event concludes.
A one-time bonus of 150,000 Marriott Bonvoy® Points will be posted at the time of signing a qualified multi-property agreement.
Connect Responsibly
Participating hotels will provide customer with a Meeting Impact Report, which captures event details, sustainability practices implemented and calculates estimated carbon footprint for an event. Participating hotels will purchase carbon credit offsets on behalf of the customer through South Pole, a leading climate solutions provider and carbon project developer.
Event Experience Playbook
Offerings are based on current hotel or resort capabilities and are subject to availability and seasonality. Customers may tailor experiences with each property. Please consult your Account Manager or the property directly for specific terms and availability.
Marriott Bonvoy Elite Status Upgrade
To qualify, the recipient’s full name and Marriott Bonvoy® number must be listed in the signed agreement.
Valid for one individual, under one account for the 2026 calendar year.
Status will be upgraded one tier above the member’s ending status in 2025, up to Titanium Elite.
Upgrade is valid for one year, beginning January 1, 2026.
One Elite status upgrade may be extended to only one of the following individuals:
- The contract signer
- The event planner
- A designated company representative
The recipient of the Elite status upgrade must be confirmed and documented in writing in the contract no later than December 31, 2025. All upgrades will be tracked and awarded using Group Code GOCRNMP. The Elite status upgrade will not count towards achievement of Lifetime Elite status.
Meet with Momentum: Destination Immersion Invitation
CRN will provide an invitation to an exclusive hosted event at a pre-selected location. This includes transportation, room, and board for the duration of the event. Valid for one Destination Immersion event within the 2026 calendar year. Invitation is non-transferable.
Complimentary Basic Meeting Space Wi-Fi
Specs: Complimentary basic meeting Wi-Fi up to 30mbps
Requirements:
- Signed in-house AV provider quote by March 30, 2026
- Must use in-house AV provider for all event technology services
- Minimum AV spend of $50,000 per event
- Excludes all Gaylord Hotels, JW Marriott Desert Ridge and JW Marriott Hill Country
Enhanced AV Package for Multi-Year Contract Bookings
Specs: $2,500 discount credit toward scenic solutions (inventory items only)
Requirements:
- Multi-year service agreement signed with hotel’s in-house AV provider by March 30, 2026
- Must use hotel’s in-house AV provider for all event technology services
- Minimum AV spend of $50,000 per event
Streamlined Contracting
Streamlined contracting available through the CRN Master Services Agreement (MSA). Please refer to the MSA for applicable terms.
Standard Language for T&Cs
In accordance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the promotion and the earning of Marriott Bonvoy® Points, Carbon Offset Credits, and any other promotional benefits are not available to government employees, officials, employees of State-Owned Entities (SOEs) and those acting on behalf of government agencies, departments and SOEs when booking an event on behalf of their employing entity, as well as intermediaries when booking on behalf of a non-U.S. governmental entity or SOE.
